Where Family Comes First

Our Story

Oak & Ivy Doodles began with a simple idea: that raising puppies should feel like raising family. What started with one gentle-tempered mother has grown into a small, intentional breeding program rooted in patience, structure, and a whole lot of love.

Every litter is born and raised in our home — not a kennel — surrounded by the everyday sounds, textures, and people that prepare a puppy for real life.

Our Dogs Are Family

Our breeding dogs live in our home as beloved pets first. They nap on the couch, greet us at the door, and are chosen not just for health and structure, but for the gentle, people-loving temperaments we hope to pass on to every puppy.

Why Doodles?

We fell in love with doodles for their intelligence, affection, and low-shedding coats — a rare combination that makes them wonderful companions for families of all shapes and sizes, from first-time dog owners to seasoned dog lovers.

Our approach

Small By Design

We intentionally keep our program small so every dog and puppy receives the individual time and attention they deserve. We would rather raise fewer litters exceptionally well than many litters adequately.

Our Philosophy

Health, temperament, and structure guide every pairing decision we make. We believe responsible breeding means saying no more often than yes — to a pairing, to a family that isn't the right fit, or to growing faster than we can care for well.
