We do not collect any payment or banking information through this website. Deposits are arranged directly with us off-site, using the payment method we share with you after you submit a reservation.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate applications, manage our reservation waitlist, and keep in touch with you about puppies, litters, and your place in line. We do not use your information for anything beyond running our breeding program and communicating with the families who reach out to us.

Form submissions are stored securely in our website's database, hosted by Supabase, and the site itself is hosted by Vercel. Only Oak & Ivy Doodles can access the information you submit — we do not share or sell it to any outside company.

This site currently uses only strictly necessary cookies — for example, a login session cookie that keeps our admin dashboard secure. We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy and the cookie notice on our site accordingly.
