Our pricing reflects the time, care, veterinary oversight, socialization, and preparation that goes into every litter — not simply the puppy itself.
What's Included
Transportation Options
Free local pickup, ground transportation within 4 hours of Northeast Arkansas ($300–$500), or flight nannies available upon request for an additional fee. We'll work together to ensure safe delivery of your puppy!
Deposit, Payment & Refund Policy
A deposit holds your place on our waiting list or reserves a specific puppy, in the order deposits are received. Deposits are applied toward your puppy's final price and are non-refundable, since they reserve ongoing care and a spot that would otherwise go to another family.
The remaining balance is due before go-home day, once your puppy has been examined by a licensed veterinarian and cleared as happy and healthy. Once full payment is made, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated below.
A refund will be considered if a licensed veterinarian determines a puppy has a serious, congenital health issue prior to go-home day and no suitable replacement can be offered, or if we're unable to fulfill a placement due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
Life happens. If you notify us in writing before go-home day, we may, at our discretion, transfer your deposit one time to a future litter. This isn't guaranteed and depends on timing and circumstances — please reach out as early as possible.
Every puppy also comes with a written health guarantee and puppy contract outlining care expectations and our ongoing support. We're happy to walk through the full details before you apply.
